General Information Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time so that we may receive you and accommodate your needs before your service begins. Late arrivals will result in lost service time. Guests will be charged the full amount of the original service scheduled even if a substitute service is performed or if a service is omitted due to the late arrival. As a courtesy to all our guests, all services will end at the scheduled time.
Spa Guidelines Wear loose, comfortable clothing when visiting the salon for a spa service. Robes and slippers will be provided to enhance your comfort during your stay. We ask that you do not bring your children into the spa unless they are receiving a service. As a courtesy to other guests and our service providers, please provide a 48 hour notice for spa package cancellations. Cancellations and/or "no shows" will result in a charge of 100% of the service price or gift certificates will be redeemed as payment. Cancellation fees will be billed directly to our guest and a credit card will be required to reserve future appointments at the salon.
New Spa Guests Please arrive 15 minutes before scheduled appointment time to fill out our Client Profile Questionnaires as these forms are necessary for optimal treatment results.
Cell Phones Our mission is to provide an environment where relaxation and personal attention reign. Please be sure to turn off your cell phone when you enter the salon to ensure that your experience, and that of others, is not disturbed.
Children Children are always welcome during their scheduled service. Although we love children, for their safety and the comfort and relaxation of our guests, we ask that you refrain from bringing unattended children into the salon and spa.
Payment VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Personal Checks and Cash are accepted. Gift Certificates are also available.
Cancellation Policy Your service and spa appointments are reserved exclusively for you! As a courtesy to other guests and our service providers, please provide a 48 hour notice for spa package cancellations, and a 24 hour notice for other salon appointment cancellations. Cancellations and/or “no shows” will result in a charge of 100% of the service price or gift certificates will be redeemed as payment. Cancellation fees will be billed directly to our guest and a credit card will be required to reserve future appointments at the salon. Return Check fee is $25.
