We ask that you arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment so we may greet you, offer you a beverage and give you a tour of our salon and spa areas.
It is our mission to maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere. We ask that your cell phone be set on vibrate and that you refrain from making or receiving phone calls during your time at Elan.
Upon scheduling your Bridal Package, we require a deposit of $25 per person to reserve your appointment. If any of the appointments are canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hour's notice, we reserve the right to charge your credit card or redeem your gift certificate for the full amount of the services scheduled.

We understand that from time to time an unexpected illness or emergency may cause you to cancel your appointment. We ask that you provide 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment. Spa Packages and Bridal Parties require a 48-hour cancellation notice (additional booking information for each is listed under "Spa Packages" and Bridal Parties" sections below). If your appointments are repeatedly changed or canceled without proper notice, we reserve the right to require a credit card to reserve future appointments.

We love children, and they are always welcome during their scheduled service. However, for their safety and the comfort and relaxation of other guests, we ask that you do not bring unattended children into the salon.
Children are not permitted in the spa unless they are receiving a service.
Any child under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their facial, massage or waxing service. We also ask that the parent or guardian remain in the treatment room for the duration of their child's service.

We provide protective capes for your hair color services. If you choose not to wear a protective cape, we cannot be responsible for any damage to your clothing.
